i was running too fast one day, leaving his office and driving to the restaurant on my own.
on the way, i received a call from him.

w: where r u?
m: driving to the restaurant. how come you are so slow?
w: ar!!!!!!!!! i told u to park your car in the lower floor and we went together!
m: what? i didn't hear that part! n i m almost there now...
w (mad): ai!!!

i dunno what i've done wrong.

m: sorry...
w: nevermind...
m: i really dunno..... i don't mean to run away...
w: u just have to know how i do things
m: what? how?
w: i'll never leave my gf on her own. if we can do things together, do it together.

aiyo... so touching... i was told that i'll never be left alone.
the little girl mandy... feared to be left alone.. n has been left alone to face many difficulties for a few years... learned to hold onto christ tight... is now being guaranteed not to be alone anymore...
thank you Lord... for sending me someone.. physically touchable.. who is willing to walk with me for the rest of my life...

this reminded me how God promises to Joshua:

Joshua 1:5 (New International Version)
No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.
